Hey y’all so I’ve received some notes that are def good for all E6 and up to be aware of. Notes from a MCPO that sat the 8/9 board this year   Bottom line is that our boards are now very similar to statutory boards and the way that 95% of the Chiefs and below think happens at the boards are not accurate. I'm pretty savvy on how to anticipate quotas by looking in the community health, you just gave me new info about retirement papers are in a year before,  I never knew that part, my converge at the E8 level respectively.

Following the schedule in the NAVADMIN the 3rd panel is still going scheduled through the 29th. Up to 30 days to release the results. I’m going to guess 15 sept

Hell im just using the 30 day mark of 6 dec for results so 1 month till exam after results!

I read the same one. When will the quotas be released since commonly it's the first order of business?

The Navadmin also answers that question.  

Results are expected to be signed and released within 30 days for enlisted advancement boards and 100 days for officer boards.

So that is a good question. The quotas for E8/9 were released 3 days after the third panel started. Obvious that it would be after that so all panels had been briefed before public release. Since the FTS/SELRES board isn’t broken into panels, maybe Friday?

Such a weird year. Glad to finally see movement on everything this year. I know it has been hard. 
 

And of course I have been selected for orders, so who knows if I get to keep them if I advance this year. We will see what happens come December.

      For the billet based advancement, does that include SELRES? or is that for AC/TAR? And will SELRES still recieve quotas for Cycle 115?

Participants will develop the skills necessary to intentionally, systematically, and helpfully increase the competency of our RMTs. Participants will also build sustainable connections with one another in support of our mission to increase the Spiritual Readiness of our warfighters and their families. This training is organized around the necessity of character, competence, and connection for the delivery of Religious Ministry in the sea services. 4. The FY25 PDTC objectives are to train chaplains and RPs to be able to: a.Comprehend the requirement to develop competent Religious Ministry Teams who inspire spiritual readiness. b.Identify the PNC standards that develop competent RMTs. c.Apply systematic practices to engage RMTs and those we serve with PNC standards that develop competent RMTs. d.Apply systematic practices to engage RMTs and those we serve with PNC behaviors that develop competent RMTs. e.Apply PNC standards to plan for supervision. f.Apply PNC leadership best practices to build connections within RMTs and with others. g.Utilize the PNC Competency Manual throughout the PDTC to create a comprehensive leadership development plan for RMTs. h.Utilize lessons learned throughout the PDTC to create a comprehensive leadership development plan for RMTs. 5. Dates and Locations. Training dates and locations are accessible via the Catalogue of Navy Training Courses (CANTRAC). Prospective students must submit a current email address during registration or the request will be returned.
