CFL/ACFLs,

Previous PFA Results Displaying as “Incomplete.”  An issue within PRIMS is causing some Physical Fitness Assessments (PFAs) conducted prior to 2026 that previously reflected as “PASS” to now display as “INCOMPLETE.”  There is currently no system-level correction available for this issue.  Current solution is for the command where the PFA was conducted, needs to submit a Letter of Correction (LOC) via askmncc@us.navy.mil with the appropriate supporting documentation.  Once this PRIMS issue has been resolved, the PRP Office will process all LOCs submitted as a result of this error.

NRA/NRC CFL/ACFL Role Assignments.  Only Navy Reserve Activity (NRA) and Navy Reserve Center (NRC) personnel may be assigned the Command Fitness Leader (CFL) role within PRIMS, unless the NRC Commanding Officer (CO) or Officer in Charge (OIC) UICs provides written authorization for the assignment to the Assistant Command Fitness Leader (ACFL) role.  Commander, Navy Reserve Forces Command (COMNAVRESFORCOM) policy dictates ACFL role assignments for drilling Reserve personnel.  REFERENCE:  PRP GUIDE-7.
