Number one factor for selection...….sustained superior performance...….how far above the Reporting Senior Cumulative Average (RSCA) was your Individual Trait Average (ITA) on your eval. You can see how well you stack up by going to BOL and clicking the ODC, OSR, PSR, ESR link. After you open that click on the evaluation summary (1996-Present). At the top left of your screen you will see a box that says generate PDF. Once you open the document it's going to create your performance summary report.

Well, That is what I am hoping, that they gave it away that easy 😂😂😂😂😂 I’ll make it only if it is my Lord’s will.

Now this is the kind of progress I like to see, lots of people talking and getting things moving. 

Is there anyone out there that can explain this Test Board thing? cause it seems like a lot of people have gotten it.

Hello all. This is why I love this Forum. I was going to ask this question on here tonight. I saw this today under CCA “Test Board”. Never saw this before on my last few boards. It showed board in progress then it was blank. This year I see this. One Chief told me it means the Board has looked at record. However, ive never seen it before. Oh well, we will see what happens. Best of luck everyone.

They could be doing a modification to the database and it's simply a place holder name of the beta version for that field. That would give them a visual cue of which one they have.

This “test board” is odd..it has been on my CCA since at least a few days prior to the board was even said to convene on the 24th (if they even convened on that day). Weird!

Yeah checked with multiple first classes. All the same. No one knows. I Agree, I wish it was a sign!!

I think with @YN Uno saying that it has been posted to his CCA since before the board started that it is something that they are working on like updating records and stuff like that.

Also have "Test Board" on mine. Could it be a reference to "the tank" since this is the last week?

I wouldn't worry about it. I thought it was worth mentioning because it was my first time seeing it in my BOL/CCA.

haha...i've had a few of those myself! Following closing of unanswered ticket, I would usually received a follow-up email from a rep to resolve at least.

Checked my CCA this morning and it said the same thing, test board with the ID # and convene date as well. also, just got asked to do my PARFQ this morning. I know it is normal but just means that the CPO Mess is getting everything ready just in case some of us hopefuls get selected.

On leave and had a vivid dream that the board results were released way early and my name was on the list. Had to check this page so I didn't risk sounding like an idiot by calling into work. Is it August yet?

The FY25 PDTC objectives are to train chaplains and RPs to be able to: a.Comprehend the requirement to develop competent Religious Ministry Teams who inspire spiritual readiness. b.Identify the PNC standards that develop competent RMTs. c.Apply systematic practices to engage RMTs and those we serve with PNC standards that develop competent RMTs. d.Apply systematic practices to engage RMTs and those we serve with PNC behaviors that develop competent RMTs. e.Apply PNC standards to plan for supervision. f.Apply PNC leadership best practices to build connections within RMTs and with others. g.Utilize the PNC Competency Manual throughout the PDTC to create a comprehensive leadership development plan for RMTs. h.Utilize lessons learned throughout the PDTC to create a comprehensive leadership development plan for RMTs. 5. Dates and Locations.       Navy sailor arrested, charged with hitting trooper and fleeing scene in Virginia Beach

      VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A man has been arrested on a charge of striking a state trooper and fleeing the scene on Wednesday. Jayden Markel Wallace, 23, of Virginia Beach, was taken into custody after an investigation that involved information from the public, as well as Virginia Beach Police Department and Naval Criminal Investigative Service, according to a Virginia State Police spokeswoman.
