Number one factor for selection...….sustained superior performance...….how far above the Reporting Senior Cumulative Average (RSCA) was your Individual Trait Average (ITA) on your eval. You can see how well you stack up by going to BOL and clicking the ODC, OSR, PSR, ESR link. After you open that click on the evaluation summary (1996-Present). At the top left of your screen you will see a box that says generate PDF. Once you open the document it's going to create your performance summary report.

I got the call from squadron yesterday that my husband was selected. (He’s underway) he’s set to deploy soon, I’m wondering if I’m holding my breath hoping they leave him behind, and give him new orders since the only 3 selected on the boat are all in his division. 

Thoughts anyone?

I’d really hate to miss pinning my hubby :(

Similar situation here! 🤞🤞🤞 Mine is currently on a boat det, will be home for a bit then will leave for deployment. There were already two AOCs in his command, now there are four. 😬

I’m just crossing my fingers and hoping they leave him behind. Lord knows we’d get orders during deployment and I’d be stuck figuring out how to move cross county with the animals and ya know both cars 😂

Same. He still has two years left on this sea duty rotation so we're hoping they'll just transfer him to another command here but we're not holding our breath. 🤣

      Carrier USS Ronald Reagan Underway from Japan After 11-Day Delay

      Carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN-76) got underway on Friday after canceling its departure six times since Sept. 18. Meanwhile, the Navy’s two Ghost Fleet unmanned surface vessel prototypes, which pulled into Yokosuka on Sept. 18, carried out drills on Wednesday with a U.S. Littoral Combat Ship and a Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) frigate. Reagan departed at 9.55 a.m. local time according to the Yokosuka city government. The Navy routinely informs the Japanese government of the departures and arrivals of U.S. nuclear-powered carriers at Japanese ports. The government, via the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, then informs the relevant city government, which publishes the information as a matter of public interest.
