Number one factor for selection...….sustained superior performance...….how far above the Reporting Senior Cumulative Average (RSCA) was your Individual Trait Average (ITA) on your eval. You can see how well you stack up by going to BOL and clicking the ODC, OSR, PSR, ESR link. After you open that click on the evaluation summary (1996-Present). At the top left of your screen you will see a box that says generate PDF. Once you open the document it's going to create your performance summary report.

I hope many see this post.

Wish I could tell you. I did not see the e-mail myself, was just told about it. So if triad gets it on the 30th, show begins on the 31st. I was going with the 1st of August, but who knows. Time will tell. Either way, about 3 weeks away.

Indeed, The most important thing I think is to not let it get in your head selected or not. keep training and taking care of sailors.  Our times will come.

Just a guess from myself and my khakis. It would be day one of the six week season if the pinning is on September 13th.

My CMC ain't back yet, soooo who knows lol. Btw, I'm just speculating here. He happened to take leave before the board started, so that's the going theme around firsts. He might just be fishing somewhere lol

FWIW, and I know everyone loves rumors...the CPO mess where I am "has their eye on" the 6th or 7th.

The rumors Are one of the greatest things on this forum the last few weeks before results!

Well if the rumors about the board being adjourned are true then our fates have already been sealed and now we wait. As my mentor told me a couple days ago, Relax, there is nothing we can do about it now but wait and see where we go from here. Live your life full speed ahead.

Everyone will hear dates local their command. Every chief quarters has to have a plan for the season. Every command also knows the results will be out around the first week of August. There is no secret message traffic or anything of that nature for the local commands. 

There are of course rumors from those involved in the process of the board and the vetting process for the results.

I think he's saying that commands can EXPECT the results around that time frame because it's six weeks prior to when they KNOW the pinning will be.

Hello all. Just a response to the rumor that the board has adjourned early.  I don’t think the board has adjourned yet. My reason for saying this is due to the experience from a previous cycle In the past. The board adjourned early and when I checked BOL that year, under continuity report the “Board in progress” notification was gone from the bottom left of the screen. I checked my continuity report last night and it is still there. (Not saying this is how you know for sure, but its just a thought). Best of luck everyone!!

Mine says no selection boards to display. Am I looking in the right place? Lol

Bargaining unit civilian employees are highly encouraged to provide their contact and dependent information on a voluntary basis, until union notification and subsequent impact and implementation bargaining takes place (when applicable). Providing contact information is critical in providing support to DON civilians and their dependents during a disaster and the subsequent recovery period. 3. Echelon 2 commanders, region commanders, and region personnel accountability representatives will ensure widest dissemination of this notice to all subordinate commands, tenant commands and detachments for action, as required. All commanding officers (CO)/officers-in-charge (OIC) will ensure 100 percent compliance for mandatory personnel. COs/OICs shall contact pertinent human resources offices to request notification of applicable unions and OCONUS contractors (must provide associated unit identification code (UIC)). 4. In addition, each command shall institute policies requiring personnel to review/update their NFAAS data as standard practice during check-in and check -out. A tool is available in NFAAS to allow commanding officer representatives (COR) to "pull" personnel into their UIC. In the event of permanent address or contact information changes: a. Civilian non-bargaining unit employees are required to update NFAAS, and their dependents are highly encouraged to update NFAAS. c. Civilian bargaining unit employees and their dependents are highly encouraged to update NFAAS. 5. To update contact information, access the NFAAS website at https://navyfamily.navy.mil/cas/login . Login and update member information under the "My Info" tab, "Contact Information" section, and sponsor's work location information. Update family member information under the "My Info" tab, "Family Member Info" section. Edit member and family member information as necessary and verify as current. Personnel are required to input their physical address; PO/APO/FPO addresses are not authorized. Additionally, users must ensure a cell carrier is selected from the applicable drop-down list. All family members enrolled in the Exceptional Family Member program must be identified as such. 6. CORs can verify personnel update status using the "reports" tab in NFAAS and selecting "Address Information Update Status Roster Report by UIC."
