Number one factor for selection...….sustained superior performance...….how far above the Reporting Senior Cumulative Average (RSCA) was your Individual Trait Average (ITA) on your eval. You can see how well you stack up by going to BOL and clicking the ODC, OSR, PSR, ESR link. After you open that click on the evaluation summary (1996-Present). At the top left of your screen you will see a box that says generate PDF. Once you open the document it's going to create your performance summary report.

So Quotas are out and ETN subs is so bad! 

This is year 3 for me and I’ve never been massed and have all my qualifications I need for it. They keep passing me up!  Any other 4 year ETN subs being passed up who have all the qualifications to actually make it! I have have my degree, and they pass me up!

i haven't heard anything, but based on historic values, id guess June 30th through July 5th somewhere in there, this is my 10th year board eligible. So Im used to this process hahaha 🤣

Ouch. 27 total at 10.27%. Not gonna say it won’t happen. 

I also wish there was an NEC to better denote eligible for nukes. The numbers are skewed since you can make board even if you aren’t qualified EWS/PPWS and those numbers are included.

Commands are required to submit letters to millington for those that are not eligible (not qualified EWS/PPWS). The numbers to reflect the total number of actuall eligible.

I have been thinking the same thing, I thought the forum would have blown up after quotas came out but guess I was wrong.  It’s awful quiet for this time of the year. Maybe everybody is busy at work or something.

That has never been done to my knowledge for nuclear trained personnel. Technically we are board eligible without the qual. We are however, not eligible to advance without being qualified. 

So it is a semantics issue. But one that masks the true numbers of those actually eligible.

The Reserve/FTS results should be released sooner than later so selected reservists can make the appropriate schedule adjustments to their full time job.

Oh ok, I thought just the membership wasn’t getting published until after. Not the convening order all together. Oh well guess we have to wait.

Participants will also build sustainable connections with one another in support of our mission to increase the Spiritual Readiness of our warfighters and their families. This training is organized around the necessity of character, competence, and connection for the delivery of Religious Ministry in the sea services. 4. The FY25 PDTC objectives are to train chaplains and RPs to be able to: a.Comprehend the requirement to develop competent Religious Ministry Teams who inspire spiritual readiness. b.Identify the PNC standards that develop competent RMTs. c.Apply systematic practices to engage RMTs and those we serve with PNC standards that develop competent RMTs. d.Apply systematic practices to engage RMTs and those we serve with PNC behaviors that develop competent RMTs. e.Apply PNC standards to plan for supervision. f.Apply PNC leadership best practices to build connections within RMTs and with others. g.Utilize the PNC Competency Manual throughout the PDTC to create a comprehensive leadership development plan for RMTs. h.Utilize lessons learned throughout the PDTC to create a comprehensive leadership development plan for RMTs. 5. Dates and Locations.       Navy sailor arrested, charged with hitting trooper and fleeing scene in Virginia Beach

      VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A man has been arrested on a charge of striking a state trooper and fleeing the scene on Wednesday. Jayden Markel Wallace, 23, of Virginia Beach, was taken into custody after an investigation that involved information from the public, as well as Virginia Beach Police Department and Naval Criminal Investigative Service, according to a Virginia State Police spokeswoman.
