Strangely enough, I haven't seen a lot of people dropping in with inside knowledge.  Those sorts of things were common the last few cycles.

I could understand not commenting on the board itself, but is the information on where in the process the results are that sensitive?

Lulz. When I read that your stuff disappeared, I got right onto message traffic and used "LDO" as a word search. I did it earlier in the day and I got no hits on it, but when I just did it I had two new messages that just came in. Definitely not the results, though. It was the Marine Corps Officer promotion list.

How does it work on the active side as far as going to school? The reservists are all commissioned in October and have 12 months to attend LDO school.

Soon after commissioning, you’ll attend “MustangU” enroute to your next command. 

The dates of commission will range from 1OCT2018 to 30SEP2019.

For the most part:  You commission and a few days later your are in RI for school.  There are some exceptions based on different designators.  I remember in my class there were some Intel guys who had been commissioned for a while, attended other schools, then went to RI for Mustang U.

Reserve LDOs in DCO school have to do it. Not sure on LDO academy.

Another reason I love the reserves: I'm on terminal leave with a DD214 in hand reading all this, waiting for the results. Lol
