Couple thoughts.

 

1) The board closed up shop about a month ago. The selections are made, so all the worrying in the world ain't going to make any difference now.

3) For the non-selects, you don't NEED Anchors to be a deckplate leader. I was a SOQ nominee at the NOSC for 2Q and at my gaining command for 3Q.

which I believe puts it on target. Triad first so they can notify the troops, then 24 hrs later public release and you should then see your status in BOL too.
