Number one factor for selection...….sustained superior performance...….how far above the Reporting Senior Cumulative Average (RSCA) was your Individual Trait Average (ITA) on your eval. You can see how well you stack up by going to BOL and clicking the ODC, OSR, PSR, ESR link. After you open that click on the evaluation summary (1996-Present). At the top left of your screen you will see a box that says generate PDF. Once you open the document it's going to create your performance summary report.

In the immortal words of NBA Jam, "It's heating up!"  Three pages this morning.  My command hasn't notified yet, but there is a Chief meeting soon and I would guess soon after we know.

I believe it won’t update until tomorrow. As of now it’s just TRIAD

From what I’ve heard, they’ll still call you to notify you that you didn’t get Selected.

I think it depends on the command you are at.

After the public list comes out tomorrow, those who made it can contact me and have their member changed to "Chief Selectee". You will then disappear but after you've returned from the desert Isle, you can then have your status changed to "Chief."

Our command is waiting to call an all hands at 1300 and announce... 1.5 hours away seems like an eternity at this point.  Congrats to those who have gotten the S thus far!
