yup! pretty much i have everything  EOOW, 3MC, DEPT LCPO, ATTWO, CSTT, ATTT, DCTT Coordinator, MTS, MOVSM, College degree but what i am worried the most is my time in service.  12 years . How about you brother?

EOOW (LPD), COW/EDO (CVN), AAS, EIDWS (1st ENG in the Navy), OOD, DCTT... Sailors earned SOY, BJOQ on CVN etc... Sustained superior performance on evals... I've been working out of rate though so that's not a plus.

I feel you, i have been out of rate since I made Chief in 2012. our BMC got DFC'd so I went there, hopefully all the certs we passed, SSOQ's, BJOQ's, CAP, and regular advancements during my time there will hold some weight.

Record sounds great. What did they do with your appraisals, how did it not go well if you don't mind asking?

You should not be worried about TIS. Its definitely not a detractor because you will have enough time to possibily be a Capt or CWO5 if selected.

Thank you for adding me to the user list. I watched the forum last year when the results were getting close so I figured since I have nothing else to do besides stare at Virginia Beach ocean front I would join in the conversations this year.
