SSP does not mean SOY, & EP.
Sustained Superior Performance is performing above the average group consistently & continuously. I also saw one post call it Superior Performance which kills the meaning of SSP. SSP is a different measurement. Look at Chief Guns post above. "And i was never below the CO's summary group average."

Yeah, that guy has a low value of other sailors and the Navy and considers himself well educated and above others. I thought he was just trolling but after seeing his three emails, he really believes it.
Yes, he was insulting people he doesn't even know. I'm wondering if he's mental (He sent me three emails)? But yeah I don't think he'll see the day light in a Chiefs Mess.
