No, not really, more on the line of the "Hermetic Order of The Golden Dawn" where they use big words such as "Rosicrucianism" and other words I can't pronounce and like to remain secret. This is a good time to remind some to take a peek at the guidelines...

I agree, there's a lot of confusion on this and I never saw any info saying that the release method would change. I only saw info that the Navy advancement in rate release would change because of complaints about the old way. If we can get some serious input that would be helpful.
