Wait, let me clarify. Once it is in BOL THEN Triad get's their copies and the process has started. So it needs to be put in BOL first for Triad to view. It's the same as this forum. You type and post but it can only be viewed after it is put in my database.

Once Triad has their copy, they have 24 hrs to do their congrats, patting on the back and whatnot. After that 24hrs, it is released publically including where you log in and view it. It's already in Bol, it's only an issue of who can view it - that's how it was explained to me. Well, it was explained better to me but that's what I remember. yes, someone in the SELRES thread said the same thing. I don't think BOL is done fixing the issue.
