  1. That's one of the issues discussed in the past about the latest release method - no Triad. Thank Senior Chief for trying!
  2. As a reminder, and to kill any rumors: Results will be released to TRIAD Aug 5 at 11:00 AM Eastern. Originally, an erroneous statement on Navy.mil was published stating the 4th. Officials quickly corrected that statement changing it to the correct date - 5 Aug at 11 AM. If the date were to change again the Navy would release a statement: it has not. Results will be released to TRIAD Aug 5 at 11:00 AM Eastern. Further bulletins as warranted...
  3. Official release to TRIAD is scheduled for 5 Aug (Wed) at 11:00 AM
  4. Now you get to correct your husband's command. Just go over there with authority and say "Hey look"...
  5. That is false. Navy.mil mistakenly released a statement saying it would be the 4th. They quickly corrected that statement saying it is officially being release to TRIAD on the 5th at 11 AM Eastern.
  6. Oh yeah that'll work. Military discount...
  7. I think someone is messing with you. There would have been a statement coming out giving the new release dates. As it stands from the latest statement, it is Wednesday at 11:00 AM
  8. You got it! Folks, loudcity has the Triage port-side. If you pass out and need your heart kick started, he's the go to HM. He'll also be collecting the $99 plus taxes. We just need 4 trained stretcher bearers, CPR certified, or able to quaff a beer under stress.
  9. I think it's a $15 flat fee. The best option is to head to the beer stand. Definitely cheaper by far!
  10. There's a poll going on in the PRT category of this forum regarding the new PRT message. The CDB poll will close Wednesday & I'll add another poll that same day. There will be a Triage station set up at 9AM in preparation for the 11 AM Triad release. We'll have a defibrillator & an HM on standby. That will be port-side. On the Starboard-side we'll have beer, milk & cookies and other refreshments for those still standing. All refreshments are free. However, to cover costs, the Triage station will have a small $99.99 plus taxes charge if you happen to pass out or are otherwise incapacitated. Good Luck!!
  11. He's a member here -> BM1. BM3. BM2. BM1.
  12. Going Up in Rank the Hard Way 22 July 2015 By Mass Communication Specialist 2nd Class Danica M. Sirmans, USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) Public Affairs Rucking through the mountains of Afghanistan, scrubbing elbow deep in a scullery sink, recovering aircraft on the flight deck of a carrier in the world's greatest Navy - the life of an enlisted Sailor is filled with views from the peaks of success and even valleys of failure.
  13. Sailors from Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit (MDSU) 2 and Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit (EODMU) 6, along with Naval History and Heritage Command and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, are diving the Savannah River to salvage the Civil War ironclad CSS Georgia.
  14. It's cool, remember this forum is for gaining knowledge. Next time you can wink at the cashier and say "yeah, I'm heading to lunch to pick up a copy from my buddy"
  15. removed before that false rumor spreads
  16. Absolutely no. It would be a breach and the Wednesday release would be held up. This is false.
  17. The PRT policy change message is in the PRT category of this forum, thanks to ITDominance for getting it! Also, there's a poll going on there about the PRT.
  18. I have a poll going on that PRT article if anyone is interested in voting. Interesting start...
