Is there a list navywide for cpo board eligible result cycle 250?

So question and I will be asking a couple Master Chiefs I know too in the morning but which is it one says full ssn other says no ssn and use dodid

I asked some of my Chiefs here (including a couple who made it last cycle) they said either works but they prefer you DoD ID.

HIGHLY unlikely. Everything is already in motion. If the NAVADMIN was not released, my answer may be different, but I'm confident the dates are locked in.
