Supposedly an email claiming the results will come out Wed to TRIAD. My first issue is that it came from FB and not a Navy source as is the usual way things work here. I'm losing my good sources...

Also, if there is a real source to that message, someone in this forum should have a contact to the real message. So if you see something like that on Facebook, instead of posting here, check your legitimate sources. When we get some good gouge, it is usually from someone who has a Navy connection - not a Facebook connection.

There is a good chance the message from Facebook was false. It's not a good idea to bring stuff from Facebook and post it here. Some may want to review the guidelines. Also, as nice as some of you are, when you break the guidelines and send me a message asking what happened, I do not reply. Especially when it is in black and white, in the guidelines what you did wrong. I'm not going to be constantly sending messages saying what is already written. I have better things to do.

Reserve, Active Duty, Full Time Support and Canvasser Recruiter E5s will use Reporting Senior Cumulative Average (RSCA) to determine their Performance Mark Average (PMA) for the upcoming Cycle 105 and Cycle 244 fall advancement cycles. RSCA PMA must be calculated in the online Enlisted Advancement Worksheet (EAW). Sailors and command ESOs must validate all evaluation data and associated RSCA values in EAW. The E6 FMS is used to establish the rank order in each rating. Quotas and rank-order standing determine which Sailors will be selected for advancement. Refer to NAVADMIN 312/18 for more information.

To answer your question you sent me: First off, the correspondence osiris0107 speaks of is about the board adjournment and not about the Chief results or anything that would compromise the release. Every year Sailors look for that tidbit of information as well as other things on this forum. So to the point, your comment is false. Second, scuttlebutt is welcome here so even though he has official correspondence, it is not needed anyway - he does not need proof. If the information is improbable, more seasoned Sailors will chime in and we all learn. Third, you don't determine what "stuff" can be written here. To make a false claim on your very first post that the board could be compromised is not good. That is usually what gets people fired up (false rumors about compromise) which causes me to get inundated with email and whatnot. And every single time it was based on a false statement.
