True and I have seen that hint many time from those who struggled to figure it out and then make the S; precepts, precepts, precepts. I know many say it's vague but just become an expert at it in the way you mentioned - just do it for your self. Oh no, I see another poll coming "How many Sailors going up for Chief have read the precepts with a fine tooth comb?"

As a reminder to all who speculated on earlier release times: The results were released at 11:00 AM, 5 Aug 2015 to Triad as mentioned by the official statement. Not as mentioned by the CNPs gardener's pet dog Fifi, or the mother of a friend of the electricians sister married to the YNC's dog groomer.
