Okay, I'm gonna' gently open the forum up for registration. Let's see what happens

Lol, right now there are about 100 people pounding at the door wanting to come in. Everytime I turn on the registration, the forum starts creeping up to 400 which the server can not take. Heck it can barely take the pounding now!

For those new members not familiar with the forum, you may want to take a peek at the guidelines. Each rule has an origin from something that happened on this website. Several people have already been booted today and all of them involved the unwritten rule of this forum. "Respect, and you shall be respected."

A long time ago I went the tapatalk route - it wasn't compatible with this forum (different version.) I asked the developers to refund those who had purchased it and found they were crooks. It wasn't compatible but they claimed on their website that it was. They were in California and knew for most people, especially out of state, that it would be difficult to take legal action. At the minimum I notified the city's Chamber of commerce or city council, can't remember about what that company was doing to their city's reputation. I guess they are still in operation.

I turned if off because I had no choice. I am going insane. Emails coming in, server - plugging the dyke. Complaint this, complaint that. But then I caught up enough for some more; i'm sane again...

What I'm hoping for is more intel but I think at least one member was spot on since last week that there was a change of schedule.
