Just so that there is no confusion, NPC also has eligible Sailors. Separately, it was mainly NPC flag writers that would drop tidbits here by either posting, or PMing or emailing me. We would get the publicly released copy sooner than possible. I hope that practice happens again. However, the next best thing is when someones immediately posts on here that the results are out. -

It doesn't seem too far-fetched considering the post board adjournment scrub can involve many factors. I think one of them was even impacted by the CNPs' schedule as pointed out by a YN in the know. -
A minimum Final Multiple Score is set in each rating to determine which Sailors will advance to the next-higher paygrade. That minimum cut score changes from cycle to cycle, but there is a way to see trends in your rating. The Navy's FMS Calculator provides historical cut scores and was recently updated with data through the spring 2018 advancement cycles. Download the App from Google Play or the Apple Store and check out your rating's cut scores.

Well, I'm definitely confused. I thought the old-timers knew this and that it was the younger ones who fell for it. This has been brought up for many years on this forum. There is actually an office in NPC that releases the results of which has been mentioned eons ago. And as I said, eons ago, I got in an argument with said office. I don't think things have changed that much as far as who would be in the know and whatnot. -

I know, the funnier ones are when the Chief tells an unsuspecting 1st a timeline and that 1st comes on the forum and posts "the facts". A few I have to delete because it is too obvious they are ribbing that guy or gal but it's all in good fun. But yeah @CMC is 100% correct and word needs to go out to that affect. -

We still have a few who have not responded to the validation email. You need to respond to join, check your spam filter. There is also a new poll, throw in your vote! The server will be rebooting in a minute or so... -
The USS Wolverine is one of the oddest aircraft carriers in US Navy history. Built in 1912, the Wolverine was originally a side-wheel steamer called the SS Seeandbee that was used for luxury cruises on the Great Lakes. But it got a second career when it was bought by the US Navy in 1942 as the service rapidly stood up a carrier force to answer Japanese aggression. https://www.businessinsider.com/9-photos-of-uss-wolverine-a-weird-wwii-carrier-originally-cruise-ship-2018-7

And a whopping 49 people have voted in the new poll. It took me several month to get to that in the last poll.
