  1. Lol, I think many have past out waiting for notice if they are SBE.
  2. Here's the reminder: March 11, 2020, 1100 EDT--Command triad notification on BUPERS OnLine (BOL) March 12, 2020, 1100 EDT--available on individual's profile sheet on NEAS Web *E-7 SBE is set by establishing a Final Multiple Score rank order in each rating. E-6 Sailors participating in the advancement cycle that fall in the top 60% within their rating will be considered SBE.
  3. As people wait and ponder their fate, many wonder what their destiny will be in a few days. Some wonder if they will be able to go fishing by their favorite creek without barfing every thirty minutes. Others are determined not to have to go to the first-aid station, over by vulture's row, for a barf bag or some Motrin. Many have said they will only go there for some beer or milk & cookies - we'll see. The AO's are adamant that if they do visit for refreshments that it includes Jack Daniel's fine whiskey (okay, no problem.) Stay tuned as this pans out, and we do what we must do to avoid a mass casualty on deck...
  4. Yeah, I'm still setting up the scaffolding for the first-aid station over at vulture's row. Should be done in time, all is well, thank you!
  5. Okay! It's official. Vulture's row will be manned and ready for anyone who passes out or barfs (happens every year.) I'll set up the equipment at vulture's row. There will be beer and milk and cookies!
  6. Lol, yeah we'll have the standard equipment over by Vulture's Row. Hopefully we'll get several corpsmen to volunteer!
  7. Yes! We know that at least one shipmate will pass out!

REF Q IS THE 12-STAR MESSAGE: PROMULGATION OF SIGNATURE BEHAVIORS OF THE 21ST CENTURY SAILOR NAVY CORE VALUES, NAVY ETHOS, AND CORE ATTRIBUTES IN ACTION, VERSION 2.0.// RMKS/1. This NAVADMIN revises the 2012 Navy Diversity Policy Coordination instruction, reference (a), and incorporates the Office of Inclusion and Diversity under the Twenty First Century Sailor Office (OPNAV N17). Inclusion and Diversity is a line of effort in the Chief of Naval Operations Culture of Excellence (COE) Campaign, which empowers the Navy to achieve warfighting excellence by fostering psychological, physical and emotional toughness. Ensuring inclusion and connectedness among every Sailor, family member and Navy civilian promotes organizational trust and transparency throughout their Navy journey. Every Active and Reserve Sailor and civilian brings a unique set of skills to our team. Actively seeking out and leveraging these skills is key to reaching our maximum warfighting potential. 2. This new approach operationalizes the guidance in references (b) through (q) by promulgating specific roles and responsibilities and including Inclusion and Diversity as a line of effort within the COE Campaign Plan. REF B IS NAVY SOCIAL MEDIA HANDBOOK 2019.// RMKS/1. This message announces establishment of the Navy Identity Management (IdM) program and outlines direction for incremental changes to the way we disseminate information about our personnel. 2. We are operating in an environment in which our adversaries work tirelessly to gain competitive advantage by accessing operational and proprietary information on our ships, submarines, aircraft, installations, business processes and our most important asset, our people. Recognizing this, we must adapt how we access, store and share information to effectively deny our adversaries this opportunity and advantage. Todays operating environment requires us to consider all potential threats to our Sailors including social media, cyber hacking and other exploitive behavior. We are no longer operating in an environment threatened only by traditional weapons such as warships and missiles. 3. Effective immediately: a. The Navy will establish an IdM program of record to provide Sailors the education, training and tools necessary to protect and deny unauthorized and inadvertent access to critical information, while balancing our desire to maintain transparency within the Navy and with the American people. b. Dissemination practices for active and reserve component enlisted advancements and officer promotions, program selections and command assignments will be scrutinized and modified, where appropriate. Current practices will continue with the ultimate goal to move all personnel communications and transactions to a multi-factor authentication protected, secure domain. c. In advance of these changes, Sailors are strongly encouraged to review reference (b) to ensure personal online activity, behavior and security settings align with Operations Security requirements. Know who you are following, know who follows you and think carefully before posting on social media. Reference (b) can be found at https://www.navy.mil/ah_online/OPSEC/docs/Policy/Navy_Social_Media_Handbook_2 019.pdf. 4. These are the first steps. IdM training will be implemented to teach our Sailors and families how to operate smartly in the online battlespace. We are committed to protecting our Sailors and families in every domain. More information on the Navy IdM program will be made available in the next few months on the Navy IDM site currently being developed. 5. The eligibility criteria stated in this NAVADMIN can be reduced at any time by the program manager based on the needs of the NSW community. 3. Eligibility. NSW senior enlisted Service Members with NECs O26X or O52X, in paygrades E-7 and above, and CWOs with designators 7151 and 7171, who have between 20 and 28 years of active service, shall be eligible to apply for the NSW CSRB, but must also meet the following eligibility criteria: a. Be serving on active-duty in a regular component. b. Have the favorable recommendation of the commanding officer (CO) for receipt of NSW CSRB. 4. Ineligibility a. Service Members serving under an existing CSRB contract are not eligible to receive an additional CSRB for service outlined in original contract agreement. b. Service Members serving under an existing Naval Special Warfare Accession Bonus (NSWAB) contract are not eligible to receive CSRB for service outlined in original NSWAB contract agreement. c. Service Members are not eligible for CSRB payments past their high year tenure (HYT) date. HYT dates are firm and HYT waiver requests will not be considered during the NSW CSRB application process. d. Service Members with documented misconduct or below standard performance may be removed from CSRB eligibility. 5. Contract Terms. NSW CSRB contract lengths, payments and active-duty service obligations are outlined below. a. Service Members may sign a contract in their 19th year of service (YOS). CSRB payments begin at 20 YOS. Enlisted Service Members may contract to their HYT mark. E-7s are eligible to contract to 24 YOS. E-8s and CWO2/CWO3s are eligible to contract to 26 YOS. E-9s and CWO4/CWO5s are eligible to contract to 30 YOS. If a Service Member serves a partial year, that year will be prorated pursuant to the bonus amount of that year. Specific bonus amounts are graduated pursuant to YOS. (1) Phase One NSW CSRB. Service Member must be CWO2 7151/7171 or E-7 or above O26X/O52X to apply for a Phase One Bonus. Service Members should submit requests for NSW CSRB to the program manager 60 to 180 days prior to entering into a NSW CSRB contract via their chain of command. If operational commitments limit the ability to submit CSRB applications via this manner, commands should submit requests through their immediate superior in the chain of command who can submit the request to the program manager. b. Upon acceptance of an agreement of the Service Member by the program manager, the amount of the bonus becomes fixed and the Service Member incurs a firm service obligation. c. Service Members will receive the bonus in a lump sum payment, effective from the date of contract execution. d. CSRB requests for personnel who are being processed for disciplinary action, NEC removal or restoration will be held in abeyance pending final resolution. 7. Payment Processing. CSRB approval does not currently update the Defense Joint Military Pay System (DJMS) of the intent of the Sailor to reenlist. Until the DJMS can be programmed to accept CSRB reenlistment payments, manual processing is required. Payment should post to the account of the member by the second pay period following the day the CSRB program manager receives notification of reenlistment or CWO letter of intent. Master Military Pay Account (MMPA) must reflect contract or obligated service for enlisted Service Members and tax-free status (if applicable) must post to MMPA for both enlisted and officers prior to final payment. 8. Application. The following documents are required: a. 60-180 days prior to contract: (1) Letter of the Service Member requesting a NSW CSRB contract (2) COs endorsement letter b. But the motive was the same: payback for a sneak attack on the United States. https://news.yahoo.com/u-navy-risked-assassinate-pearl-090500319.html
