You know what...being on TWMS/NKO/NSIPS/BOL all day I have started thinking(Dangerous I know)...what if there was ONE training/administrative site...crazy I know but man when im not sitting at the desk for my own purposes all of this web page changing with the everswift NMCI network is really time consuming...

I just looked at last year's thread. It was 45 pages and results for AD posted a little after 1600 EST. Reserve results were out about 15 minutes before.

Very true...I realized that after last years results came out and I spent the rest of that year owning who I am and what my career has been and focused on doing everything in my power to be a marketable candidate...had all 10s on my appraisals...stellar CO's letter and two consecutive EP's (SOY then #1 of 49).  Once I mailed it off this year I made my peace and put it in God's hands and trust His wisdom.
