Number one factor for selection...….sustained superior performance...….how far above the Reporting Senior Cumulative Average (RSCA) was your Individual Trait Average (ITA) on your eval. You can see how well you stack up by going to BOL and clicking the ODC, OSR, PSR, ESR link. After you open that click on the evaluation summary (1996-Present). At the top left of your screen you will see a box that says generate PDF. Once you open the document it's going to create your performance summary report.

My Maint SCPO said that they got the message from the Force Master Chief stating that results to the triad will be Wednesday next week.

I saw the email from a fltmc from manpower. Wednesday release to triad, Thursday navy wide

I transferred to a new command in January and took the exam at my new current command. I clicked on the advancement/selection board link on BOL and it had already updated my UIC to my current command but shows the last August 'N" - I've never noticed it updates your UIC on that portion. Or maybe they're just waiting to update the date and not have to change anything else LOL

you get education points for those courses.  the more courses completed means more points.  I'm not sure if they specifically value one over the other or if there is a right combination of them

I seriously think I am losing my mind waiting on these results.  Been trying to work to stay busy and I'm pretty sure I've done enough work this past week to write another eval.

I was selected with a few blocks of PPME completed, no JPME.

It's been very hard to stay busy and not think about it. My Sailors keep asking if I've heard anything. Now today multiple Chiefs are coming up and asking am I ready for Wednesday. I saw in previous messages here in the forum that an email has been sent out. Makes since on why they keep asking.

It's a little late now, but does everyone have their whites ready?  I remember a couple years ago a guy who picked up got told to be in his whites later that day, and he told the Senior Chief that they weren't ready.  I was already on my way out of the office when I was asked to leave, and close the door.  😬

In regards to the email some folks are talking about... This morning at command PT, I saw a screenshot of an email that mentioned 7/31 Triad release. I always take these things with a grain of salt, but it seems to be the consensus in the forum today.

The FY-25 Professional Development Training will consist of a total of four days and is required for all chaplains and RPs barring operational commitments. This training also provides continuing education units, which may be required to maintain religious organization credentials. 2. The Professional Development Training Workshop (PDTW), conducted on the first day, will be divided into morning and afternoon topics. The morning will focus on building a culture of connection and mentoring around shared standards. The afternoon will focus on how to review both Chaplain and RP records. Participants will build self-confidence and confidence in one another by learning to identify the shared expectations of all Religious Ministry Teams (RMTs). 3. The Professional Development Training Course (PDTC), conducted the following three days, will focus on building Spiritual Readiness through Competency. Participants will develop the skills necessary to intentionally, systematically, and helpfully increase the competency of our RMTs. Participants will also build sustainable connections with one another in support of our mission to increase the Spiritual Readiness of our warfighters and their families. This training is organized around the necessity of character, competence, and connection for the delivery of Religious Ministry in the sea services. 4. The FY25 PDTC objectives are to train chaplains and RPs to be able to: a.Comprehend the requirement to develop competent Religious Ministry Teams who inspire spiritual readiness. b.Identify the PNC standards that develop competent RMTs. c.Apply systematic practices to engage RMTs and those we serve with PNC standards that develop competent RMTs. d.Apply systematic practices to engage RMTs and those we serve with PNC behaviors that develop competent RMTs. e.Apply PNC standards to plan for supervision. f.Apply PNC leadership best practices to build connections within RMTs and with others. g.Utilize the PNC Competency Manual throughout the PDTC to create a comprehensive leadership development plan for RMTs. h.Utilize lessons learned throughout the PDTC to create a comprehensive leadership development plan for RMTs. 5. Dates and Locations. Commands are authorized to provide funding in support of religious ministries within the command to include funding chaplains and RPs to attend annual PDTW/PDTC according to references (e) through (g). Participants are encouraged to attend the training being held in their local areas where possible. 7. Registration. Chaplains and RPs are required to attend all four days of training and must register for both the PDTW (CIN: A-5G-0005) (CDP: 19MG) and the PDTC (CIN: P-5G-1303) (CDP: 19MF) through the enterprise Naval Training Reservation System (eNTRS) via self-registration or the Service member's command training officer. Training dates and locations are accessible via the Catalogue of Navy Training Courses (CANTRAC). Prospective students must submit a current email address during registration or the request will be returned. Registration SOPs and guidance are available at the Naval Chaplaincy School (NCS) milSuite site: https://www.milsuite.mil/book/community/spaces/navychc/naval-chaplaincy-school/pages/pdtwpdtc . If Service Members encounter issues with registration, they may contact their command training officer for assistance.       Navy sailor arrested, charged with hitting trooper and fleeing scene in Virginia Beach

      VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A man has been arrested on a charge of striking a state trooper and fleeing the scene on Wednesday.
