I cautiously think they are updating the database with the results. Or preparing it to load the results. Someone had asked earlier if anyone else knows about the results before the CNP and I forgot to mention also the developers/ administrators who update the database. They need to do their thingy too.

Not all records are updated at the same time. It's sequentially, maybe alphabetically? Who knows but you get it. So some may need to check later.

So the old style was basically purge, update then later release (remember there is a Triad the public release) They did a modification but I haven't quite caught it yet and honestly can't remember right now.
