There's a poll going on in the PRT category of this forum regarding the new PRT message.

The CDB poll will close Wednesday & I'll add another poll that same day.

There will be a Triage station set up at 9AM in preparation for the 11 AM Triad release. We'll have a defibrillator & an HM on standby. That will be port-side. On the Starboard-side we'll have beer, milk & cookies and other refreshments for those still standing. All refreshments are free. However, to cover costs, the Triage station will have a small $99.99 plus taxes charge if you happen to pass out or are otherwise incapacitated.

Good Luck!!

Ok Tony. I volunteer to be the lead Corpsman but I will need 4 highly trained Stretcher bearers for assistance. Also a back-up just in case I go down..lol

You got it!

Folks, loudcity has the Triage port-side. If you pass out and need your heart kick started, he's the go to HM. He'll also be collecting the $99 plus taxes.

We just need 4 trained stretcher bearers, CPR certified, or able to quaff a beer under stress.

If you don't mind me asking, what changed this year from the previous years to make you feel this way?

Chief,

The big thing that has changed is having a sufficiently long track record as a First Class that demonstrates that I am ready for advancement. Multiple years of upward trends combined with more than a couple years of being above the CO's reporting average. Last year was No.1 MP, this year No. 2 EP, with a VERY good write up that has just about every key word and tricky phrase a board could want. Also holding a Fleet level position in a CPO billet at a three-star TYCOM for the last two years, combined with sustained superior performance, leadership, volunteer service, command collateral duty, and an awesome Chief of Staff endorsement. I definitely feel pretty positive this year when I stack myself against those who have made it in previous years that I know in the same rate. I also have a waiver from Millington to fill a CPO billet at my next command. I believe that if not selected this year, then definitely next year as my next job is at sea, overseas, forward deployed.

I think someone is messing with you. There would have been a statement coming out giving the new release dates. As it stands from the latest statement, it is Wednesday at 11:00 AM

Can I get a tax exemption if I volunteer? Got 100 bucks in the wallet that would allow me to pass out without the wife knowing I'm a wimp!

About to lay it down for the night.... Yes, it's 2024 here in SD, and yes, I'm being an old man lol. In all seriousness, I hope I can get some rest. These last hours are gonna wreck me for sure lol.

Just wrapped up my honeymoon, getting g ready to check in from leave. The last few days of waiting took a it of a toll on me. Guess I'll find out right before I get back to the boat. Could be the finale to the greatest two weeks of my life.

Seeing everyone's posts about passing time makes me wish they had not given a specific deadline. At least if you can make it to 1100 Est each day then you know it's not the day. This date/time is making it go by so slow and building anticipation. Maybe just me, I like surprises HAHA. It's my 3rd time and perhaps my best shot at it yet. Luckily I'm in San Diego and 1100 est is 0800 for me. I don't even go into my office until 0900 so I'll know if I don't get that phone call on my drive in.

Thoughts?
