WASHINGTON — On Jan. 1, 2023, the Department of Veterans Affairs will begin processing PACT Act benefit claims for all Veterans and their survivors.

The PACT Act is the most significant expansion of Veteran benefits and care in more than three decades, empowering VA to help millions of toxic exposed Veterans and their survivors. Since President Biden signed the PACT Act into law Aug. 10, more than 213,000 PACT Act-related claims for benefits have been submitted. Additionally, more than 959,000 Veterans have received VA’s new toxic exposure screenings, with nearly 39% reporting a concern of exposure.

      CFL/ACFL’s PRIMS-2 Updates - 17 APR 24

      CFL/ACFL’s PRIMS-2 UPDATES: Dual users of PRIMS-2 in Salesforce (i.e. CPPA and CFL or CPPA and ACFL) are still experiencing log in issues. A solution to fix this is underway, and we anticipate this to be corrected when we deploy another update, which is scheduled for the end of April. In regard to the inability to export / print PARFQs and med waivers within MNP., we anticipate having it resolved by the end of April. We are still experiencing issues with CFL/ACFLs not being able to see current or previous PFA records. We anticipate having this issue resolved at the end of April as well. Physical Readiness appreciates your patience and understanding as they work to get these issues resolved as soon as possible
