CFL/ACFLs,

Noom Digital Health Program.  Noom is a free health program for Sailors that did not meet the BCA or PRT standards during PFA Cycle 2025 and Cycle-1, 2026, as well as for Sailors who were in a “Pregnancy” non-participation status. Noom participants have access to 1:1 health coaching, psychology backed lessons, mind and body support, and innovative habit tracking and food logging tools.  For more information, please see the Noom flyers:

AFWC Performance & Wellness Tools. CFLs and ACFLs can leverage Armed Forces Wellness Centers (AFWC) as an evidence-based resource to optimize Sailor physical performance, enhance body composition management, and ensure holistic mission readiness.  Virtual classes and 1:1 support are available if an AFWC is not located near your installation.
