I don't know if that's a good thing or not, but all the Chiefs here are quiet about everything and haven't said anything about it at all. So, I don't know if its something that they just do here or if they are just waiting to unleash after the release message comes out. Or waiting til the results come out.

I keep looking at the Navadmin dates from he last two years, it's  gotta be August 3-5  in that timeframe but who knows!

well August 5th was on a Wednesday last year and the 3rd is that Wednesday this year so im stuck with that date, the 3rd.

Tony, I haven't read through all 64 pages yet. Has anyone started making friendly (no money involved because gambling is illegal in the Navy) bets on how many pages we're gonna get up to before the results come out yet?

If the server crashes, it will be because of the forum software. It's buggy.

I'll throw in my usual band-aids & whatnot on the server until things calm down. By then things may calm down (server-wise) as people get calls.

oh yeah, things will definitely calm down after the results come out. I think that a lot will still be around for a few days after the results but after that it might go silent.

I do agree with you that it is better than having to wait weeks for the results. but as far as the work things goes, I think that work would stay the same or increase because of the want to stay busy and keep your mind off of the results.

Actually, @AWFChief has been a member of this forum for a long time.

He is also a friend of my friend who has special access to the admiral's secretary who is in Pensacola. Also, scuttlebutt has it that AWFChief is an Illuminati so there may be a little more to his post, "The 3rd would be my guess as well", than what would have one believe. Just need to read between the lines a little...
