  1. Yea when I have a record/eval review they don't highlight that I have a lot of cause and effect for my sailors I.e. RC-AC conversions, awards, and quals it's always you don't have your degree or movsm it's going to be tough.
  2. The train of thought is they look at the last 5 years worth of Evals. But if it's in your OMPF it's fair game.
  3. That's only the active duty E9 board not ours.
  4. The board is over the fighting is done with no news of janky business. The results are probably just going a little slower through the routing process.
  5. Next week is a short week for most commands. I'm thinking July 13th now.
  6. I'm with you the fact that it's weds and we don't have a time line I'm guessing the results will be out July 13th for us.
  7. You missed it that's the difference between active and FTS. FTS knows results about 3-4 weeks sooner so their initiation is 3-4 weeks longer hence the extra attention
  8. I'm the only FTS eligible at a mostly active command so I'd be going through alone for about a month if I make it.
  9. That would be interesting if they made that change.
  10. This auto reply is your receipt that the Navy Personnel Command (NPC) selection board team has received your correspondence. Below is some helpful information to assist you during the selection board process, we wish you the best of luck! 1. Processing Selection Board Packages: The time and date board packages are received in the Customer Service Center Inbox is the time and date used for deadline verification (Central Time). Selection Board Packages are processed on a first-in, first-out basis and normally have a turnaround time of THREE to FIVE business days. The status of your Package is viewable within the Selection Board Database. 2. To determine the status of your Selection Board Packages: a. Go to www. public.navy.mil/bupers-npc/Pages/default.aspx b. In the far right column, click on "Selection Board Status" c. Follow the instructions on the screen to log into the Selection Board Status Database d. In the "Service Request List", click on the request number of the Service Request 3. Future Selection Board Packages: The CSCSELBOARD@NAVY.MIL mailbox account is capable of receiving ‘ENCRYPTED’ correspondence IAW DoD policy. If your package has been submitted ‘Unencrypted’, there is NO NEED to resubmit. If you experience any issues or have questions about submitting your Promotion Board correspondence please contact the NPC Customer Service Center at 1-866-U ASK NPC, DSN 882-5672 or e-mail uasknpc@navy.mil Email right after I sent in my letter #3 says If your package has been submitted ‘Unencrypted’, there is NO NEED to resubmit. so all hope is not lost.
  11. I believe the board will still receive your letter even if it's not encrypted. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
  12. I've been told the most recent, if you went from P to EP they'll see that. I doubt they throw you to the side because your oldest eval is a P.
  13. I'm thinking the 18th or the 19th Board convenes on the 22nd.
  14. My first command isn't in my PSR but it is in my history of assignments. How much of an issue is this? I was active duty my first command before I converted to FTS.
  15. That's what I thought originally. Physical fitness is not as big of a factor for promotion as some of the other branches. I just don't know if it's worth it to submit.
  16. I was more looking toward the fact that I am not getting only a satisfactory I have been going above and beyond to maintain an excellent score since 2011. Navy eval only says PP everyone who hasn't failed has that. But if they look at it already then no need. Thanks.
  17. I know I will get wide varying opinions. Should I include my PRIMS printout in my LTB? No less than Excellent PFA score since 2011. Looking for pros and cons. I am of opinion that it should in fact hold weight, I am not getting by on the bare minimum consistently.
  18. Just found out I got my ticket punched. Now on to the board. Congrats to everyone who gets the good news lets ensure our records are on point.
  19. What would be the best way to include in your LTB that you are in a NEC awarding class enroute to your gaining command¿
  20. FTS is really tight with detailing I would love to go Expeditionary. There are usually only 2-3 options to choose from. The detailer already told me there's no instructor billets. I'm a lil nervous choosing this time. I want a competitive billet.
