    • CFL/ACFLs, ⚫ PARFQ Data Entry and PRIMS Edit Limitations.  CFL/ACFLs are reminded to verify all Physical Activity Risk Factor Questionnaire (PARFQ) information for accuracy before saving it in PRIMS.  Once the PARFQ is saved, the CFL/ACFL will not be able to edit or sign the PARFQ within PRIMS.  If a correction is required after the PARFQ has been saved and the PRIMS edit limits have been reached, the CFL/ACFL must draft a Letter of Correction (LOC).   The LOC must be signed by the Commanding Officer/Officer in Charge (CO/OIC), not “by direction,” and submitted by the CFL/ACFL to the Physical Readiness Program Office via MyNavy Career Center (MNCC), with all required supporting documentation.  Ensure all submissions are accurate and complete prior to routing.  LOC requests must identify the current CFL/ACFL point of contact and include the individual’s full name and official email address.  REFERENCE: PRP Guide-1 and PRP Guide-7. ⚫ Virtual Classes offered by Armed Forces Wellness Center (AFWC).  AFWC virtual classes are a quick and convenient way to learn about metabolism, sleep habits, meal planning, stress management, and staying fit at home or away.   November 2026 Virtual Class Schedule Contact the listed AFWC location to register and attend virtually from anywhere; please be mindful of time-zone differences. ⚫ Updated PRP FAQ (November 2026).  You are highly encouraged to review the PRP FAQs, located under “CFL Resources” at the bottom of this page. These are questions directly from Sailors in the Fleet and answered by the PRP Office with the relevant references. Note: While the above mentions an update of November 2026, the October FAQ is still showing. When the update you will see it at the bottom of the Physical Readiness page.
