PENSACOLA, Fla. -- A Pensacola event company is disputing a settlement offer from the Navy after a contract to provide food concessions at the Blue Angels Homecoming Air Show was terminated.

President Mike Windhorst says his company handled everything from food vendors to menu pricing. He says the Navy owes him more than $100,000.
