65 and lost prescription coverage

Wow, turned 65 and had to pay my first Copayment in 27 years!  Apparently my prescription coverage stopped at 65. I have employer insurance which pays most but Tricare always picked up the difference. Will Medicare now cover the difference? What are my options?
