Navy on Whidbey Island: There is no ‘feud’

The Seattle Times editorial board is misguided with its Navy reset recommendation for Whidbey Island [“Navy and Whidbey Island advocates need compromise on jet noise,” Dec. 27, Opinion].

There is no “feud between the U.S. Navy and residents of Whidbey Island.” Relationships between the base and Whidbey area leaders are among the best in the nation.

The Navy is being sued by a specific, energetic, well-funded activist group. Once the pinnacle of environmental law, the National Environmental Policy Act and Endangered Species Act now present endless opportunities for “long running” litigation.

      CFL/ACFL’s PRIMS-2 Updates - 17 APR 24

      CFL/ACFL’s PRIMS-2 UPDATES: Dual users of PRIMS-2 in Salesforce (i.e. CPPA and CFL or CPPA and ACFL) are still experiencing log in issues. A solution to fix this is underway, and we anticipate this to be corrected when we deploy another update, which is scheduled for the end of April. In regard to the inability to export / print PARFQs and med waivers within MNP., we anticipate having it resolved by the end of April. We are still experiencing issues with CFL/ACFLs not being able to see current or previous PFA records. We anticipate having this issue resolved at the end of April as well. Physical Readiness appreciates your patience and understanding as they work to get these issues resolved as soon as possible
