FY-16 LDO/CWO Procurement Selection Board Discussion

Last year the Senior Chief and Master Chief Board results were released the same day as LDO results. This year they were released on the 18th.

So just curious are they any other 636X out there on this forum awaiting these results. Also, I'm stationed down in Pensacola where the Board Captain for this year is stationed and we have heard nothing as well.

These officer advancements coming through message traffic are killing me.

 

What officer advancements do you speak of?  I also applied for OCS so I'm curious.  The board just convened yesterday, but I did hear they have a quick turnaround.  A day later sounds a little too quick though.

I've been lurking this board for too long......I figured it was time to jump right in.  I'm here impatiently waiting for these results like the rest of you.LOL.  You guys asked for more bodies to join, in hopes of miraculously forcing these results to appear on message traffic,  so count me in.  My husband applied for 713X, he has one too many years for LDO  .  I am his eyes and ears since he is stationed in a different part of the world at the moment.  Here's to wishing everyone the best and hoping these results pop up soon.

Finally, I'm glad to finally see another 7131 hopeful, good luck to your husband!  What's his rate and where is he stationed right now?  I am stationed onboard USS KEARSARGE.

so my LDO just before he left for his vacation time told me...."maybe Friday!" and i thought to myself "You said that last week!"

Finally, I'm glad to finally see another 7131 hopeful, good luck to your husband!  What's his rate and where is he stationed right now?  I am stationed onboard USS KEARSARGE.

He's a MM stationed at PCRON ONE in Bahrain.  He wanted orders to the Kearsarge.  We hear that's a "make you or break you" command and he wanted the challenge.  We currently have orders to the Bonhomme Richard in Sasebo, Japan......I guess these can be cancelled once the results are released and we see that big "S".  It's a win win for us....we want to pick up CWO, but we also want to go back to Japan.

Will anyone in the forum know if the TRIAD has the reuslts? It would be nice to know if/when they are released to them, or all of us at the same time.

I'm willing to bet that if anyone in the forum finds out that their TRIAD has the results, they'll be posted as soon as humanly possible....I'm talkin borderline alien fast!
