1343 EST.  Take that to the bank!

Here's another interesting question - "historically speaking" how many selectees are chosen from the Chief's ranks versus the PO1 ranks?  Any information will assist in calming the battles taking place in my stomach....

That's easy, more CPOs get selected.

But from what I've heard whether or not you're a 1st or a Chief doesn't really matter.  What designator are you applying for?

Yeah in the roadshow brief, they had the numbers.  FY15, you had about 25% chance of selection as a CPO, a little under 10% as FCPO.  (Active duty, not sure about reserves).

In the FY-14 breakdown for reserves, it was almost 50/50 on PO1s vs chiefs. But the chiefs had the higher percentage of selection since more PO1s applied.

I know the FY-14 LDO/CWO brief has that sort of info... google it... think Tony linked it on a previous post a few days ago as well

I don't know too much about the reserves.  But I know for Active Duty, there were no Submarine YNCs that made it last year.  They were YN1s.  Which of course make me nervous.

Wow! Very unusual. I can guarantee you that will not happen back to back

I'm hoping they come out today, I go on leave this afternoon after CPO365 and I'm not sure I want to be near my computer too much.

What has been giving me sleepless nights is the fact that one quota went unfilled for FY15. That's very unusual for 6412.

Bugs me too.  But that may have been someone who was on hold for some reason.
