As I sit here reading the various posts, one thing I find interesting is that most of you folks are active duty personnel.  Are there any Reservist here?  And if so, do the results normally post for the Reserves first or last?  I am on ADSW orders running a recruiting station and am in unchartered waters concerning the LDO notification process.  Thanks to all.

Last year the reserves were first.  That I do remember.

Last year I was in Hawaii and I actually posted the msg on this forum when it came out on my Outlook. I believe it was around 1130 HST which is 1630 EST. That's my bid.

Thanks Chief.  If you get a chance check out the January/February 2015 Navy Recruiter Magazine; specifically page 25.  I am Vice Commander of a local USSVI chapter and we conduct a whole lot of voluntary activities within the local community.  You should check out your local area and stop by to see the boys of the local chapter of USSVI.  Great stuff....

Can someone explain the "Triad Release"?  I have heard it mentioned a few times here now, and surely I'm not the only one lurking the forum that doesn't completely understand it.  I feel like it means a message will go the CO/XO/CMC distro 24 hours prior to NAVADMIN Release, but maybe it includes Flags?

Thanks in advance

Yes. Its basically a 3 day process. On day 1, its announced what day the commands get results. Day 2 commands notify sailors, and day 3 they go public.

Last years reserve chief results were a Tuesday, Thursday,Friday process.

I really don't think that's how it works for LDO/CWO.  But I could be wrong.

I could be wrong as well but the LDO/CWO advancement is not nearly as big as the CPO list. So if there is a TRIAD Release it would be much quicker.

I agree, there's a lot of confusion on this and I never saw any info saying that the release method would change. I only saw info that the Navy advancement in rate release would change because of complaints about the old way. If we can get some serious input that would be helpful.

Since it is the first year under the triad notification for LDO/CWO results, not sure that any of us really know exactly how it will go.

I was just explaining the process in general.

results out today? or Thursday? or next week? You would think in this day in age the Navy could announce when the results are coming out. I am not saying it has to be the same day every year (that's unrealistic) but you would think much like they have started doing with other advancement...the results will be released on.....But this system is kind of "fun" too if you call ulcers and anxiety fun.

There is undoubtedly a great amount of production lost during this and CPO results time frame. There obviously has to be a better way.

Getting ready to go to work after an inclement weather delay. Waste of time because I don't have the mind to concentrate right now.
