The Cycle 242 Chief Petty Officer Navy-wide Advancement Exam (NWAE) will be administered on January 17, 2019. The link to the below Naval Administrative Message provides important information on Time in Rate (TIR) requirements, exam order deadlines and the inclusive dates for calculating your Performance Mark Average (PMA). Exam Bibliographies are available for download on MyNavy Portal and Navy COOL.

The most important thing to remember is that only the top 60% of Sailors in each rating - ranked by Final Multiple Score - will be considered selection board eligible. See Final Multiple Score Chart on linked webpage.
