I'm just ready for these quotas to come out and more importantly, I want to see who is sitting the board.  Make sure I didn't piss any of those guys off in my career at all.....

Halfheartedly joking.  I'll make the crunch zone after they grade the records, but if you've pissed someone off they can argue against your record by bring up the things that are wrong with it.  That can't give any other adverse information, but they can use what is there to argue against you.  Unless your record is just that tight that there isn't anyone that can touch you!
