The new NAVADMIN on OIX is not the NAVADMIN we're looking for. :-/

This is my second time, applying for 618x (pri) and 682x (sec).

I'm on the opposite end of the spectrum. After I submitted it, I put it in my vidmar and haven't touched it since. Only because at this point, I can't change anything. If my name isn't on the list, then I break it out and start red-inking it to start the next one and identifying what else I can do to be the "best and fully qualified" candidate the board wants.

ACL reconstruction. I was so out of it, I had no idea where I was. I had to use the bathroom and I was SO THIRSTY. But I still went back to sleep.

I had surgery and the first thing I did when I woke up was go back to sleep.

According to OPNAVINST 1420.1B, selectees are assigned a "Date of Rank" and "Active duty selectees for LDO (ensign) and CWO will be required to attend ODS in Newport, RI. Attendance will normally occur enroute to the first duty station and normally not later than the end of the FY of appointment/commission." Also, must be a commissioned LDO/CWO in the U.S. Navy under the provisions of OPNAVINST 1420.1B to attend the LDO/CWO Academy.

Trying to keep my mind off of these results has given me some very interesting ideas. Like, I find it really disappointing that the makers of "Head and Shoulders" haven't released a body wash called "Knees and Toes."
