We're all waiting for Wednesday, but I'm over here thinking I have another 30 min until lunch...

I am as nervous about the results as everyone else. 4th time up here. Unisom or Nyquil will likely be my friend the next two nights. I definitely don't want to be a sleep deprived zombie Wednesday! I think I will be spun up like a little kid with too much sugar until the results come out! One advantage though is when I get all wound up about something, I become hyper-productive trying to keep whatever it is off my mind. I know I have been busy this morning!

Chiefs this morning tried to egg me on! Didn't work. Plus I gave it to all of them last week. We did an E-6 and below v/s chiefs for volleyball. Whipped up on them pretty good and it was 4 on 5 with them having the extra man. This Wednesday we are doing a basketball game for Command PT with the same teams. I was told that I better miss every time I shoot and they better win! MUHAHAHA

The year I made it I dreamed 2 of the 3 people in my shop made it. I dreamed me and one other first made it and it scared it. when the results came out it was just like I dreamt. Think positive and only positive

 

yeah I had a dream too, this wait is driving me bonkers....

from they way I understand it is that if you are over they will still put you on FEP but it will not effect your score! also it goes into PRIMS which I think the board could see.

Happy Monday, all! 48 hours left before the results. I'm just sitting here waiting for our command to release us for the day. Major flooding and road closures where I'm at. Crossing my fingers my car isn't under water right now.

It is pretty easy to get into a "Once bitten, twice shy" mentality. Nothing you can do it ride it out to the end and see how things shake out!

Shipmate I understand I'm this way because in all seriousness this is my last look.  If selected great if not I will submit my retirement paperwork, to me this is not the beginning nor is it not the end it is a closure to a chapter of my life.

on a side note does anyone have any experience with Grand Canyon University?

Just applied for their doctoral program.

$598.00 a credit hour for military is a good price.

$35,880 for a .phd not including books/additional fees.

I agree with being put on FEP however, knowing that there are personnel out there that are over are not going to do anything about it now because they know it won't cause a failure.  This is going to cause a lot of issues with trying to uphold the standards for the junior sailors that are watching their leadership
