I think Neptune was serious about what he was talking about (in his mind). I'll share the email I got just so you all can see what happens behind the scenes about every cycle on this forum. This is nowhere near the worst though.

Heres the bottom line "tony". Our <  > fleet needs a wake up call. This generation is all about a handout, and it needs to stop. Theres e6's trying to divulge info about the board criteria, dates, etc. which is NOT allowed. You and I both know theres Chiefs poppin buttons in their Khakis, gun deckin quals, etc. Whos gonna be the one to slap the reality check into effect? Or are we just going to carry on with the fairy dusting?

Thanks for the add Tony, i have been following this forum since 2008 i think (when i was eager for E5 Results). I never registered but i as time has gone by i have realized the value in both a place share intelligent and usable information (not like our friend Neptune) and a place to sanity check our selves (venting). anyway.. This is my first time up, expectations are not high but i know i meet many of the wickets.. well at least i think lol. Good luck to all!

Haven't seen anyone predicting results date yet. Based off of previous years I am saying earliest is this coming Friday, probably closer to the following Tuesday (2 from now).

Thoughts anyone? Seems kind of quiet tonight

Hi everyone. This is my second time going through this process and for the life of me I can not figure out why the board still uses OMPF as the source for your records. I have tried to update my OMPF for the last 3 years with little luck. A perfect example of why I think the board should start utilizing NSIPS to review records: I completed my degree March of this year, but because my graduation was not going to take place until June 12th I was unable to include that in my package. I did however manage to get a letter from the school saying that I have completed all the requirements and will be awarded my BA on 12 June, after the LTBS were due. I included that but I don't know if the board member would accept it and consider it. So on June 12th I requested my transcript to get sent out and by the 22nd of June my degree was reflected on FLTMPS, NSIPS, ESR, and JST no such luck with OMPF tho. Only reason I can think off why the board still us uses OMPF is because they can read your actual eval write ups, which I think can be easily done with NSIPS. Has anyone else run into this problem or is there anyone that can give a legitimate reason why the boards haven't moved away from OMPF, which never seems to be accurate?

I would love to be the Chief at this guys command about right now. And the scary part is this guy is probaly someone's LPO. Infecting them with the garbage that spews from his mouth. All we can hope for is if he acts the same way at work like he is trying to do on this forum, hopefully the Chiefs at his command are being brutally honest on his evaluations and he never see's the inside of the Chiefs Mess, my Mess, OUR Mess. Way to go for blocking him Tony. At least i have enough respect for you to capitalize your name unlike him.
