Ok people, I know we keep going back and forth on all these matters but to be honest. We don't need to be arguing over this stuff, if your right then your right and if your wrong then you are wrong. The only ones that can really interpret what it means are the people who wrote the instructions or powerpoints. So instead of arguing over it just try and find away to ask them about it or someone who is a SME in the subject cause the arguing is getting you guys no where and not solving a thing. We are all pretty much in the same boat as far as stress levels go cause we are all awaiting results so let's not make it harder on ourselves than what it has to be.

It is okay to discuss all of this, that is what this forum is for; it just needs to be done respectfully...

Question folks... I am currently in TEMDU status awaiting orders for upcoming over seas tour.  Come results day I find out I got the "S", will that impact my orders for the pending billet assigned?  Try my very best not to read into any sea lawyer stuff, but thought someone on here may have an answer or know where to find the answer.

That's what I meant by all of that. It's good to discuss it but arguing makes no sense what so ever

Disagreements will happen on occassion too and that's fine, we all learn from that. But again it needs to be done respectfully.

I see your virtual 12 pack and raise you 2 Oreo cookies and half a red bull for 30 July TRIAD for 31 July release...

Can I get in on this? I'm going with the TRIAD on 4 Aug for 5 Aug release. Forget virtual beer, I'll send the winner the real deal!

I'm going with Aug 5 for Triad and Aug 6 Public release, just like last year.  That makes Phase II exactly 6 weeks.

There is no where that I know of that says the season can only be 6 weeks long. I wiould not be surpirsed if they released the results much earlier than usual, like tomorrow or next week...

Over the years, the MCPON's guidance on CPO365 has addressed a six weeks process.  Multiple times in guidance it says to not rely on a 5 to 6 week process to train future chiefs in phase 2.  I'm also going off experience of this process, since I have been board eligible for many years.  It may come early like the week of the 29, but last year it was Aug 5 exactly six weeks from Sept 16.

I know that recent seasons have been around 6 weeks, but that doesn't mean they are required to only be 6 weeks. Also, I know that the release of the results would make for a longer season since the pinning is always after September 15th, but I would rather know sooner, then have to wait a few more weeks to get teh same answer. It's not like the answer is going to change much between now and 2 weeks from now...

It definitely got quiet on here

I washed my Tahoe, mowed my yard, and went grocery shopping. Still adjusting to my weekend being weekdays

I am a recruiter and there are multiple casualties it wasn't just at the NOSC it was the recruiting station too

That is my fault, I posted that before the official report came out around 1430 ET

I have never seen this. But you're command can change you're transfer date, so you leave after the 16th

I have a school that is supposed to be starting on the 8th of September, but I'm still waiting for orders.

The call to complete PARFQs and ensure PHAs are up to date went out today.

Getting closer...

What's that mean for the results?

Roughly 2 weeks to go - based on past experience, my magic 8ball, and that funny itch behind my knee.

Ok but the parfq part doesn't make sense cause it's not prt season? And how are we supposed to know to do are parfq if we don't even know we got selected?

Before pinning all selects will conduct a full prt... It's common to have everyone do a parfq and pha prior to ensure there are no issues. Ie, no pha = no prt = no pin. And my prt is next month...

Where did you read the call out, I had to leave early today so I didn't see or hear anything. Are you sure it's just not for your command? Cause I didn't do anything like that last year

It's command specific...

I'll be on the lookout for CPO Selectee shirts at the exchange here in Guam next week, maybe a little early but soon as I see them i'll post it

Hopefully I see you in one in a couple of weeks.  I'll offer some training.

We did our PARFQ's last week. Things are definitely ramping up

A few have posted this already but I am going to repeat my guess from last year:  29 July triad release and 30 July general release.  Hopefully we're under the two week mark!

I prefer the 5th

I prefer today or early next week, just tired of waiting.

My wife's out of town that week for business, I'd just prefer to be consoled vice alone haha.

Ordie it's command specific. The prt is a requirement for selects. So some commands only have the selects do the parfq and some commands have all sbe do it.

My COC heard rumors that the 29th is the release date. You can take it for what it's worth.

So is the parfq thing a navy wide thing for SBEs or is it dependent on the command? Cause I have never done one prior to results coming out or ever heard of that being the standard

It is definitely not a standardized Navy-wide milestone, but rather my personal observation that we're nearing the end of the jeopardy theme song.

The fact that you weren't told to get your PARFQ done isn't any sort of indicator. Don't fret shippy it's not doom and gloom.
