Command Career Counselor (CCC)

The Command Career Counselor serves as the link between a Sailor, their command, and supporting Navy organizations, including Navy Personnel Command (NPC). On behalf of the Commanding Officer, the CCC is responsible for managing the command's Career Development Program. If you are having administrative issues with advancement, special programs, your records, and much more, it is imperative that you talk to your CCC.
