Guest The Son

Thanks for allowing my question. My father passed last week and I am trying to find an MOS/NEC title. He was 90 and his peers have passed.

He worked on a new radar system aboard the USS Boxer in 1950. Finished A school and due to the new system training immediately deployed to Hawaii to board ship.

He went on to ROTC commission and worked on subs as an officer. I know about that art of his career but not his enlisted time.

Trying to right the correct title for a enlisted radar operator/repairman during the period 1949-53. Might be two separate MOSs but want to be as accurate as i can, if I can.

any old links publications or first hand knowledge that might help.

Thx gents
