E-4 Throught E-6 Spring cycle Pay Increments

Sailors recently selected for advancement to E-4 through E-6 will remain in a frocked status until their pay incrementation date. All advancements from the spring cycle occur July through December. No less than three percent of Sailors will be advanced each month, with the majority of advancements occurring in the final pay increment. 

Roughly 85% of the Sailors selected for advancement in July will be advanced on December 16th. Pay increments are determined by each Sailor's Final Multiple Score standing in their rating and across the entire paygrade, NOT their percentile. An updated profile sheet will be generated when a Sailor's increment is determined.

      CFL/ACFL’s PRIMS-2 Updates - 17 APR 24

      CFL/ACFL’s PRIMS-2 UPDATES: Dual users of PRIMS-2 in Salesforce (i.e. CPPA and CFL or CPPA and ACFL) are still experiencing log in issues. A solution to fix this is underway, and we anticipate this to be corrected when we deploy another update, which is scheduled for the end of April. In regard to the inability to export / print PARFQs and med waivers within MNP., we anticipate having it resolved by the end of April. We are still experiencing issues with CFL/ACFLs not being able to see current or previous PFA records. We anticipate having this issue resolved at the end of April as well. Physical Readiness appreciates your patience and understanding as they work to get these issues resolved as soon as possible
