ID Card for Veterans use at military PX

I'm told that Veterans with Honorable Discharges may be entitled to PX privilege ID Cards. Is there any truth to this claim, if so what are the requirements, and where do one have to go to obtain an ID Card.

      VA names nine additional facilities that will deploy Federal EHR in 2026

      Sites are located in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and Alaska WASHINGTON — The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs today announced the complete list of additional medical facilities at which it will deploy the Federal Electronic Health Record system in 2026 under its accelerated deployment schedule. Any administrative absence continued in accordance with this ALNAV shall be reviewed every 30 days by the first flag or general officer in the individual's chain of command to ensure it remains in the best interests of the unit and the member. 6.       Didn't that idiot pull out of the last Nuclear treaty?! Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said on Sunday that Iran won't engage in direct talks with the U.S. at the moment, but stressed the Iranian letter of response doesn't rule out indirect negotiation through the Omani mediators.
