The Navy Advancement Center continues to process exam results from the Fall 2019 administrations. We are tracking well to publish results next week. CNP will provide the publication schedule, to include quotas, in advance of publication.

The key document for you to review after publication is your Exam Profile Sheet. This PDF document is available for download on MyNavy Portal or using your NEAS Web self-service account at URL https://prod-neas.ncdc.navy.mil/NEASRpts/Individual.aspx.

Profile Sheets give you some very important information. You will be given your Final Multiple Score factor totals (Exam Standard Score, Performance Mark Average, Service in Paygrade, Awards, Education Points, and Pass Not Advance Points) as well as the average FMS factor total points your competition had for the exam cycle. Also on your Profile Sheet is the Minimum FMS required to advance compared to your total FMS.

One of the most important sections on the Profile Sheet is your exam performance. This section includes topic areas, the number of questions, what number of questions you answered correctly, and how well you did compared to your peers represented as a percentile.

The status section at the bottom indicates your standing for the advancement cycle. Your status could be Advanced, PNA point, No PNA points, or Discrepancy. If you get a Profile Sheet in a discrepancy status, contact your command Educational Services Officer to resolve.
