Reporting seniors were directed to incorporate their post summary group (PSG) Reporting Senior Cumulative Average (RSCA) score for E6 reports into evaluation Block 43, as a required admin comment.

This guidance can be found in paragraph 4.b. of NAVADMIN 312/18. E6s eligible to advance to Chief Petty Officer must verify their RSCA Performance Mark Average (PMA) in their Enlisted Advancement Worksheet. The PSG RSCA on the November 15, 2019 evaluation will be an important data point for calculating RSCA PMA! NSIPS/EAW worksheets for Active Duty E7 Cycle 246 (January 2020) will be published in early November.
