NAVY RESERVE.//

RMKS/1.  This NAVADMIN announces an update to reference (a).  This
update allows those Sailors who have a Denied Final  Active from
Career Waypoints (C-WAY) the eligibility to be administered the
Cycle 239 Navy-wide advancement examination.

2.  Educational Services Officers should contact the Navy Education
and Training Professional Development Center (NETPDC) for substitute
exams for those Sailors whose regular exams were not ordered due to
being identified as Denied Final  Active in C-WAY.  Exams ordered
after the TIR lists have closed shall be ordered via message or in
message format via e-mail to sfly_N321_exam_order(at)navy.mil
following the guidelines in chapter 4 of reference (a).  Ensure a
point of contact is included in the message.

3.  Any additional information regarding this cycle will be
posted on NEAS Web.

4.  Points of contact:

5.  Retain this NAVADMIN until policy changes are incorporated in
reference (a), superseded or canceled, whichever occurs first.
