Well if the predictions are right and it's the 3rd, my daughters are in town til the 2nd so I will be spending a lot of time with them over the next couple weeks.

Duty today!  Stuck at work for the next 24 hours.....  Not gonna help at all.

But I do start leave next week, taking the family to Florida for some fun in the sun, then I'll be back just in time for the results to post.  Looking forward to the break.

This is my first year eligible for Chief and the wait is horrible.  I couldn't imagine the feeling of not making it even once.  What makes it worse is I work on the same base where the selection board is so just knowing a few houndred feet away are guys deciding my fate.

To Recieve PM Notifications

- On your profile, upper right, click on your name to bring up the dropdown. 

- Select "Account Settings"

- On the lower right, "Other Settings", click on "Notification Settings". 

- Under "Notification preferences", check the "Show popup window when I receive a new personal message" box.

While there, under "Method to use for content I follow automatically", you can select "A notification when new content is posted". This will notify you when someone has posted without having to refresh.

One good thing about being on the west coast is that the results will be out around 8am. It'll be a long first hour or so at work awaiting the results but it's better to get it out of the way early instead of having to wait til 11.

That's true, I didn't think about that.  I have to go into hippy town that day in uniform.  I swear to Odin if an occupy Wall Street hipster gives me grief I'm strangling them with my neckerchief. :/

I think everyone does. Just have to keep busy during these weekends. Haven't had much sleep. Don't have a problem during the week. Time goes by quick. Don't think about it until someone says something about it.
