CFL/ACFLs,

Updated PRP FAQ (August 2026).  You are highly encouraged to review the PRP FAQs.  These are questions directly from Sailors in the Fleet and answered by the PRP Office with the proper references.

- TOOLS FOR YOUR TOOLBOX.  There is a comprehensive suite of training resources available via the PRIMS TRAINING.  Each one is designed to help you troubleshoot issues, master PRIMS navigation, and execute your duties flawlessly.

- The update to PRP Guide-1 clarifies administrative actions, consolidates consequences for PFA/CFA failures, and establishes a strict, formal Exception to Policy (ETP) routing process for retention and administrative separations (ADSEP).  CFL/ACFLs are strongly encouraged to ensure command leadership is well aware of the updated policies outlined on pages 8-9.
